Car with a flat tire!!

A detective have a car. One of the tires is a flat tire but still he is able to reach the crime scene on time without replacing either the car or tire. How is it possible?

 Answer:
The tire which is flat is a Stepney tire and hence he can reach the crime scene on time without replacing either the tire or car.
