Logical riddle

There are 100 flats in a town. Flat 1 and Flat 2 are named as First flat and second flat respectively and it goes on till Flat 100. A visitor has came to visit the town and wants to see all the flats. He could be able to locate all the flats except flat number 62. He later finds out that the locals of the town have given it another name. What is the name of the flat?

 Answer:

 One Minute flat (Sixty Second = 1 Minute)
